Services

Event photography & videography, built around your day

Six kinds of celebration, one standard of coverage. Book photography, videography, or both — the packages flex to the event rather than the other way round.

Services

What I cover across Dallas–Fort Worth

Each package below includes a pre-event planning call, a hand-edited private gallery, full-resolution downloads and sneak peeks within 48 hours.

Most Booked

Wedding Photography

Full-day or multi-day coverage for the ceremony, the rituals and the reception — with a second shooter so two things happening at once still both get captured.

Engagement

Engagement & Nichayathartham

Ring ceremonies, engagement functions and couple sessions — relaxed direction that gets natural expressions out of people who “don’t photograph well.”

Birthdays

Birthday Photography

First birthdays, milestone parties and themed events. Decor before guests arrive, candids while the room is full, and the cake moment caught from the right angle.

Sweet 16 · Half Saree

Sweet 16 & Half Saree Ceremony

The outfit change, the blessing, the entrance, the reactions. I know the sequence of a half saree function, so the camera is already pointed the right way.

House Warming

House Warming & Griha Pravesham

The puja, the first steps inside, the kitchen full of relatives. Plus proper interior frames of the new home while it’s still spotless — worth having on their own.

Baby Shower · Maternity

Baby Shower, Valaikappu & Maternity

Seemantham, valaikappu, western-style showers and maternity sessions — unhurried, warm coverage at whatever pace the mum-to-be is comfortable with.

Add-On · Most Popular

Add videography to any package

Photo and video shot by the same crew, planned together from the same shot list. You get a 3–5 minute highlight film, a 60-second social cut, and full ceremony audio where it matters — colour-matched to your photo gallery so the whole day looks like one piece of work.

How It Works

Five steps from first email to final gallery

No mystery, no chasing. You’ll always know what happens next and roughly when.

01

Book a free call

Fifteen minutes. You describe the event, I ask about the running order, the venue and what matters most to you. By the end you’ll know exactly what coverage fits and what it costs — no obligation either way.

02

Lock the date

A simple written contract and a retainer hold your date. The retainer comes off your final balance. Nothing is vague and nothing is verbal.

03

Plan the shot list

You fill in a short questionnaire — sequence of events, key people, must-have shots, anyone camera-shy. I build a shot plan from it and we confirm timings the week before.

04

Event day

I arrive early, scout light and angles before guests do, and then stay out of the way. You celebrate. I work the plan and catch what wasn’t in it.

05

Delivery

Sneak peeks in 48 hours. Full hand-edited gallery in 2–3 weeks, in a private online gallery with full-resolution downloads. Films follow in 4–6 weeks.

FAQ

Questions I get asked every week

If yours isn’t here, email me — I answer within 24 hours.

For weddings, 6–12 months is typical, especially for peak-season Saturdays. For birthdays, baby showers and house warmings, 4–8 weeks is usually enough. If your date is sooner than that, ask anyway — cancellations and gaps happen more often than you’d think.

Yes. You can book photography alone, videography alone, or both together. Booking both is the most popular choice because one team plans the whole day from a single shot list, and the stills and the film end up sharing the same colour and point of view — instead of looking like two different events.

Hand-edited sneak peeks land within 48 hours so you have something to share while the day is still fresh. The full gallery is delivered in 2–3 weeks. Highlight films take 4–6 weeks because the edit and colour grade genuinely take that long to do properly.

The whole Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Richardson, McKinney, Allen, Carrollton and Fort Worth. Travel within 40 miles of downtown Dallas is included in every package. Beyond that it’s quoted honestly at cost, not marked up.

Yes — they’re a large part of my work. Half saree functions, griha pravesham, valaikappu, seemantham and nichayathartham are regular bookings. You won’t spend your own event explaining your rituals to your photographer, and I won’t ask anyone to repeat a moment for the camera.

A short questionnaire covering the running order, venue details, key family members, must-have shots and anyone who’d rather not be photographed. It takes about ten minutes to fill in and it changes the entire gallery — it’s the single highest-value thing you can do to get better photos.

A retainer holds your date and comes off the final balance, with the remainder due close to the event. Everything is written into a plain-English contract before any money changes hands, so there are no surprises on either side.

Yes. Every delivered image is a full-resolution, individually hand-edited file, in a private online gallery you can download from and share with family anywhere in the world. No watermarks, no per-image unlock fees.

For outdoor sessions we agree a backup plan and a backup date when you book. For events, I plan indoor lighting setups in advance so a weather change doesn’t change your gallery. If your event date moves, I’ll move with it wherever my calendar allows.
